Molly Taylor is an Australian Rally driver from Sidney and is the 2016 Australian Rally champion. She was the first and only female driver to win the title and the youngest person to win the title. Her rally record started in 2006 when she became the 2 litre champion in the NSW Rally Championship.
In 2020/2021 she raced with Rosberg X Racing, helping the team make history by winning the first-ever Extreme E championship. The Extreme E series is an FIA approved off-road racing series that uses electric SUVs to race in remote areas, including the Saudi Arabian desert. The series promoted gender equality by having one female and one male driver, and they share equal driving duties.
Molly will be competing in her debut Dakar Rally in January 2022 for the South Racing Can-AM squad after finishing 5th in class at her rally raid debut at the Baja Aragon (an FIA Cross Country World Cup round) with the South Racing Squad.
In early November 2021, she took part in the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge.
