Mini Cooper Release the Fastest Mini to Date

The 2020 Mini JCW GP Model is the most unique Mini to date and incomparable to its predecessors. This Mini is all about speed and stability with all performance reducing aspects from previous models stripped away. Gone are the boxy wheel arches and the rear seats have been replaced with a strengthening bar to increase the rigidity of the frame. The suspension has undergone a complete overhaul for enhanced stability and in the quest for lightness, carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic is incorporated into many parts of the body.

This little GP contains a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that pushes out a hefty 302ghp and 450Nm. This power is then dispatched to the front wheels via an eight-speed automatic gearbox (no manual option) and aids the Mini in achieving 0-60mph in just five seconds before potentially reaching a top speed of 165mph. To top it all off, this Mini’s new style is bound to be eye catching with its huge rear spoiler, sleek new wheel arches, large central twin exhaust and smooth, aerodynamic body.
